If 2024 has been a rather wonky year for you, too, then Q4 is the *perfect* time to take your time and decide how you want to operate in the coming year. Yeah, you heard that right... you can use this fourth quarter to test out different processes (aka systems) so that you walk into 2025 with a clearer concept of your monthly operations.

I kicked off Q4 by revisiting my year-on-the-wall calendars. Earlier this year I updated them from paper to a dry erase format, but no matter the physical format, the act of *systematizing* what is in your brain is still the same. For myself, personally, this has evolved over time from planning categories of business activities to planning out content production.

This week I want you to know that you're not weird, you didn't fuck it up this year... everyone has had something not turn out in the timing they wanted. It's really normal to have to re-do your plans. This is how you incorporate your life, yourself as a system, and also your business dreams into a cohesive ecosystem that delivers results. I happen to find it easier to literally step back from the wall to get a big picture view of what I'm trying to make happen in my business, which is what this video explains.
