How did you like the pre-production theme for August? It's not a coincidence that systems are a major part of this process. I see so many people rush through their production timeline without setting up systems for success and it always ends up costing you more in places where you could have used those dollars for things like paid traffic to get more eyeballs + earballs onto your content.

I also see folks rush to the "sexy parts" which usually involve microphones and cameras. But without a strong pre-production phase, you frequently find yourself falling out of love very quickly. It feels like a heavy production when you're constantly cleaning up processes that could have been set earlier... or even compensating for ideas that hadn't settled enough before hitting record.

When you have a strong content library, you can reuse it just like I'm doing this week. In order to bring this topic full circle, I'm re-sharing the first video so that you can revisit it. Maybe you ran out of time when you tried to watch it on the first round. Maybe you skipped it thinking you didn't need it... but August showed you that you do need it.
