I've been in a (long) season of repairing my health after some pretty wicked burnout. It is maddeningly slow, but I've continued to build upon my business shifts & pivots all this time.

Earlier this week, I shared this story on IG to answer the question, "Where is Mary?" because I've had some folks struggling to understand that I am simply out of extra capacity to do things like coffee chats and hanging out, just because. My energy is not free, even to me.

So, as a gentle reminder on behalf of my fellow warriors in health, I'm encouraging everyone these days to look inward at your responses. Ask yourself in what ways you need to take care of yourself, too!

There are a lot of us right now who need a while before we can be back to full operating levels. My calendar is still closed except to paying clients.
