Thank you for all y'all who reached out with messages asking where I was last week and was everything OK. 💕 Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: But feeling shittily... as in, yours truly had the stomach flu that has been going around and spent her New Year's with her head in a toilet bowl. The folks in my programs who see me and hear from me regularly are sick (pardon the pun) of hearing this from me... but please wash your hands and stay healthy!!

While I did need to lose some pounds for my continued health journey, I don't recommend this kind of weight loss. I dropped 10 pounds in one week (no, it is not coming back which is the one benefit) and I started to wonder if I had somehow entered a hidden camera version of The Biggest Loser. 🏋🏻‍♀️

So... the good news is I finally feel 100%, but catching up on e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g and I'm so sorry I missed you last week to kick off the year with a reading in your inbox.

We're back this week, though, bay-bees!!! 🐝 So buckle up and let's do this thing. Also, wash your hands. It's a dirty world out there. 🤦🏻‍♀️
